Hello, I just received your boots and for the most part I’m happy, but there was no mention of the whole in the left boot in the very front there’s a nice size hole in the leather exposing the materials underneath! I don’t believe these can be repaired. I’m not sure that I want to keep them. They have a couple issues they’re very pretty though we need to figure something out.

I'm sorry that they have a defect. I was not aware of that and didn't notice it when I packed them for shipping. I haven't worn them in quite a long time and the last time that I did wear them I didn't notice anything wrong with them. Please return them for a full refund.
