vschuddekopf @hehisuppose i dont have a proper ruler to do any measuring. all i can locate is a stiff tape measure. when i have a moment ill get it out and let you know the numbers

vschuddekopf @hehisuppose waist laid flat and not tied in back is 14in. armpit to armpit laid flat is 17 with no stretch. hope this helps! its super cute
