Smooth & shiny red lower skirt fabric covered with black rose pattern lace. Black tulle lining underneath the red skirt. Back neckline to bottom hem is 38”. Waistline is 15” wide. Shoulder seam to sleeve bottom is 22”. There are 3 very minor snags in the red along the neckline. They are barely visible and hidden by the jacket part. (See photo)
