Gorgeous Elie Tahari Embroidered Dress

I am obsessed with this dress but it doesn't fit. So I am looking for someone to love it. The fabric is a gauzy off white with white embroidery and small cut outs. It's a shirt dress with hidden snap buttons and pockets! Great condition. One small stain at the wrist I'm sure can be laundered. Waist 33 inches, Hip ~40 inches. No give. Perfect for a bride for a more casual wedding event.
