Sz 14 White House Black Market dress, designed to look like a skirt and top. This dress can be worn to work or out to a nice event. Top is pleated satin-like fabric that drapes over you. Sleeves have tight cuffs that zip. Black satin belt comes with it, though in my opinion the dress looks better with a wider leather belt. Skirt is ponte and shows your curves but the black hides your flaws (even though youre perfect just the way you are!). The skirt does not have a vent or kick pleat.
