Green H&M Wrap Puff Sleeve Dress

Selling a very lightly used green H&M wrap dress! Only worn once, bought last Spring from H&M. Really nice lightweight seersucker material. The tie to wrap is very long - I think you're supposed to wrap it around your waist completely before tying. I'm a size medium and the large is too loose for me once wrapped. Since it is a wrap it's adjustable at the waist, especially with the long sash. Flat Measurements: armpit to armpit - 19" waist 16" Open to offers
