Purchased in NY at the Gucci store in 2019 Outside great condition Inside of bag has staining throughout as shown in photo. It was professionally cleaned but the stains did not come out. The white on the detachable strap is a bit dirty as well, did not attempt to clean it but sure it could be cleaned. Come with authenticity card and dustbag
