When extended all the way., shoulder drop is 20 in. Clean hardware Inside of bag is completely clean and perfect. One zippered pocket and two cell phone type pouches. Back of bag has pocket with inside snap- not visible from the outside. Front of bag has snap closure. Very minor scratches on front of bag. Back of bag in middle were inside snap is has a small discoloration. See picture of back of back.
