The picture posted says 38 but you listed them as 8.5, what size are these? Do they run big?

@joieakajoy - Hi, sorry for the delay. Been dealing with a major family health situation. They are actually size 38, so they are US size 8. I will edit that. I fluctuate between 8-8.5, but mostly 8, depending on the shoe. I'd say they run pretty true to size.
