The outside is in really good shape. The corners aren’t worn much at all. The inside does have some lipgloss marks, you can probably get them out. The bag has relaxed due to wear. It does not come with the shoulder strap.the cover picture is the exact bag that I bought, not just a picture. Make me an offer.
