H&M black long sleeve top. The top has elastic so the top can be worn off the shoulder (but does not need to be worn that way). Faux button closure. Elasticized waistline. Ruffle details at the bottom. I am 5'1" and this hits below my natural waist. Looks super cute with high waisted jeans. 100% viscose. Machine wash cold, line dry. Worn once, washed once. Excellent condition. Smoke free home.
