The way the dress is made you could just release the stitches to take the sleeves off all-together and wear it as a strapless dress if you don’t like the sleeves. No need to even take it to be altered. I tucked the sleeves under to show this in the very last pic. They sent me a large instead of an extra small and I surpassed the return date or I would be keeping. Will trade for an XS Brand new with tags.
