Hi! What size would you say this fits? I feel like costumes always run small so is it a true XL?

@lizzieknight08 It definitely runs small as I'm not usually an XL. I am busty (~36DD) and wear a size M-L in tops/sweaters. Please let me know if you have more questions.

bust, 36-inch waist, and 47-inch hip.
