Halter Top Buckle Dress

This cute buckle halter top dress was a favorite for a club look, but no longer fits. Worn twice, as you can see on the tag - the color ran a bit. I'm not quite positive I've washed the loose dye out of it so wash SEPARATELY to avoid disaster. Slight shirring in the back, form fitting with zipper in the front.
