Reposhing this item I purchased from @busycloset. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Crinkled taffeta ball gown style skirt by Hampton Nites, Y2K era! AMAZING! Has a built in crinoline. The tie waist can wrap all the way around back and front, to tie either way while still wrapping on both sides. I have posted the original listing images as well as ones I just took. Questions?
