Hand-made Quilt

This is a hand-made quilt. It consists of three parts: a quilt top, the 100% cotton batting and the cotton quilt backing. I sewed this quilt top from almost a thousand small pieces of fabric, mostly cotton, some silk. I hand-sewed the quilt top, batting, and quilt back together - this process takes me about four months to complete. The finished quilt is a lightweight warm blanket, beautiful and functional. This quilt is comfortable to sleep under; it's warm and breathes well. This quilt is unique. Machine wash gentle, cold. Lay flat to dry (I lay mine on a sheet in the shade outside) or set dryer on cooler temperature.
