Handmade Raggedy Anne Cosplay

Handmade Raggedy Anne Costume, blue with red polka dots, white tulle sewn in underside of connected pleated skirt bottom. little white apron sewn on front. short puffy capped doll sleeves with white ruffles on the ends of the caps. zip up back closure. fits xsmall-small, in a sexy fashion. added tutu not handmade. red and white reversible tulle tutu for added volume red and white x small as well. also trying to track down some knee highs. if I do I will update photo. only worn once for a few hours for fittings.
