Handmade small cotton blend skirt

(The rainbow looking spot is from a prism I have hanging in window, forgot it was sunny when I took the pic, and didn’t see it before posting) I’d say this is a size 4. I’m a 4-6, too snaps at waist above hips. Super cute. Cotton blend, perhaps a light wool, light texture. Great/good condition.
