Good used condition (it’s actually better than that, but saying “good” to be safe (see below). Some yellowing on the white underskirt (you can’t see it when it’s being worn, but also it’s possible that you could treat it and get rid of it-I haven’t tried). No drier. This skirt is beyond gorgeous. Each color separates and it twirls (so much fun).
