Harlow vintage flapper style fringed dress RARE! Size 10, also has stretch, inner liner hugs the body, but not confining. This is delightfully couture, and I've gently worn it for last 22 years bought in Aspen! The fringe is loose and flirty. The outer layer is metallic with intricate weave and shimmer. Easy to care for (literally put in lingerie bag, wash gently and hang dry!) lying flat measurement= 16 inches pit to pit - from shoulder to hem is 36 inches, w/fringe added, totaling 43 inches

tiggsmcgee @eliciaeskew lying flat measurements = 16 inches pit to pit - from shoulder to hem, not fringe - is 36 inches - with fringe, entire length is 43 inches~

tiggsmcgee I put measurements in the listing and in a reply to the post above this one. Tell me where exactly to take more measurements, I will. This style is a 'sheath' or 'column' dress with stretch. My waist line will be different from yours, but it's falling to 16 inches across, UNSTRETCHED. I wear a 38B/C and it's not tight across MY natural breast line - if there's a measurement exactly I can get for you, please let me know! Also have gloves (NEW) and headband/feather if interested.

tiggsmcgee @stellebelle3345 - I finally got this on and a couple pics snapped...*gah* I weigh about 20 lbs more than last time I actually wore it..lol and - I'm a hater on myself - once you've seen it..please let me know..deleting!
