cyoung1996 @barellagirl hello sorry for the delay the interior is 21 it has an elastic band on the inside that I believe allows the hat to custom fit better to each individual.

cyoung1996 @ccberger55 Hello The hat is 16x14 oval The brim is 4 inches The interior is medium and measures 21/22 inches. However it has an elastic band that fits to head size. I also have the original hat box. Tags are still on the hat. Never worn.
