Hatley splash jacket is a classic, more style-savvy take on the standard raincoat. It's fully lined, completely waterproof and comes with an attached hood for complete protection from the elements. Waterproof and polyvinyl chloride free. 2 hand pockets with button closure. 100 percent polyester towel lining. 5 button placket closure. There are 3 spots on the jacket, but I had to enhance the contrast to show them in the pictures. The spots are very faint and not noticeable when the coat is being worn. The first one is on the chest on the left side in the picture, the second one is between the buttons and the pocket on the right side in the picture, and the third on is in the middle of the upper back. This jacket is completely waterproof, and it is even soft and cozy due to the terry lining. I just bought the next size up because my daughter and I both love it so much!
