Heart-shaped Adjustable Leg Garters I bought these leg garters a few years ago at Spencers. I bought them for my Halloween costume. I ended up changing my costume at the last minute. They have lived in my closet for years! New, tried on to see if they would fit and match my Halloween costume! The garters are lace, lightweight, adjustable, elastic with non-slip clips and metal accessories. Noted in photo two: adjustable garter elastic band is lying down flat stretches to 8 inches. Noted in photo three: adjustable garter elastic band is lying down flat on smallest size is 5 inches. WHEN STRETCHED- ADJUSTABLE RANGE OF LEG CIRCUMFERENCE IS 14-22 inches. From a smoke free household. Dog friendly household. I try my best at removing all fuzz, lint, doggie hair.- I may miss some in the process.. I am sorry!! I do my best to describe each item including all the imperfections. I miss smaller ones.. I am sorry!!
