brendamambwe @sis20001 should be about 4" but is designed and feels like 3"-3.5" when you put it on.

sis20001 @brendamambwe I just need to know how the shoes fit. If they run tight that could be a problem for me I already bought a pair of shoes and they were too tight and I couldn’t use them. As a result I’m a little nervous.

sis20001 Sorry, also I really can’t tell what the fabric is and is that an elastic band around the ankle or do they tie or buckle thanks again🤷🏼‍♀️

brendamambwe @sis20001 The material is suede including the band around the ankle. it doesn't have a buckle but instead has a zipper which you can see in in the images.
