briz1972 @nerdygirl33 Hi! So I feel awful! I was looking at my receipt from USPS again and I noticed that your package shipped to Kentucky!! Ive been having a lot of problems with my printer lately and I actually just bought a new one this weekend. Still....no excuse. After I did some investigating I think I figured out exactly who it was sent to and I contacted her. She says she will return it to me as soon as she receives it.

briz1972 @nerdygirl33 I also contacted PM again to see if they have their own way of handling this situation. I am still waiting to hear back from them but my plan is to re-ship it once I receive it back. Again... I am so very sorry I have never had this happen before. I will keep you posted.
