Hemp & cotton red sleeveless dress empire waist

Never-worn Empire Dress by Texture Clothing in Bellingham, WA. Cut & sewn in the USA. The color is a beautiful candy red. The fabric is hemp/cotton/lycra. It is a very soft, lightweight knit fabric. I love this dress but unfortunately it doesn’t fit me very well. It is XS, but Texture Clothing is for curvy women, so their clothes tend to run large with lots of room for hips and breasts (neither of which I have a lot of). Its a special piece and I’d love to see it go to someone who will enjoy it.
