Hard to tell from photo, sorry, but does silver bag and circle do anything, is it some sort of closure?

@gss5 hi, the silver circle & chain/bar are decorative only. I added a new picture which shows the magnetic closures on each side (4 total) + the clearer image showing circle/chain/bar only decorative.
