@wrosegold Hi I am Farley new to Poshmark and just recently made my first few purchases, I bought a pair of shoes a couple days ago and the girl hasn’t said anything to me at all. I looked at her profile and it says she hasn’t been active since August so my question is do you think she will even know to send them? Is there certain time frame that I would get my money returned if the sale does go unnoticed?

@keallie She should have a notice in her email and here on the platform. If you don’t get a response posh will automatically cancel the order after a certain number of days of trying to contact her. Maybe something has happened to her :( You can contact posh direct w/ more questions by doing a Google search & reading more about how to do that or you can wait and see. Your funds will be returned to you though within (I think) 14 days if not shipped.

When you get any order in the mail you also need to accept it here on the platform and give ratings. I don’t see any ratings or acceptance of packages that you’ve received, so as a buyer that’s important for all sellers too. And when trying to contact anyone always use the @ before their posh name. Goodluck!
