Poshmark approved the return of the shoes. If you want to keep them, you need to contact them and close the case. Thanks for your kind note but apparently it wasn't noted that you would like to keep these. I'm sorry for any confusion but I don't know how to solve this one. Thanks for any help you can give me. Thanks for explaining to this to me - I'm very new to PoshMark. I wasn't clear that they were privy to our conversation and wasn't sure how to message you directly without making a big deal about this. I was only trying to make you aware of the ants so you could check the area where you keep your shipping supplies. :) I will contact them and make them aware that I want to keep the shoes and the item was fine. Thank you for the like of the shorts. I sent an offer, but am running a sale now...3 shorts for the price of one/3 shorts for $15 or if you like the Jean skirts I could do 2 shorts and a Jean skirt for 15. If you do this, just put in a bundle for $15! Thnx and have a Blessed day!!!

Hi Nicole, can you please send me a picture where the back side sash got cut when you opened the package with scissors. Your comments & rating has me really concerned that you weren’t 100% satisfied. I always send clothes in those bags & have never had a complaint. I could have swore I tied the sash which gravity would have kept it all at one end of the bag by the weight. I only got $7 for that beautiful dress so I’m not sure how much more I could spend on “wrapping” it?

@redphantom22 I just responded but I'm not sure it went through. I will send pics in the morning. It's a small cut in the belt and I'm not going to make a huge stink about it but putting the dress in a plastic bag or tissue would have likely kept this from happening. Most of the items I've gotten off Posh are carefully wrapped. I had to open the envelope with scissors. I have arthritis.

@redphantom22 I don't know what arrangements you have with Posh as a seller but I paid $17.71 which includes shipping which I felt was a fair price. I just wish you had taken a little more time to package it better especially since I told you that I wasn't in a rush for it. I'm not mad, it's just one of those things but other buyers might appreciate you sending the item with a little more care.

@redphantom22 and you did tie the belt but the belt is long...and I guess the corner of it was stuck near the envelope opening...I'll send you picks but what's done is done. I only wrote to suggest you wrap garments in tissue paper of put them in a ziplock. Thanks.

@nfrasca - $7 is what I made plus go buy big plastic bags or tissue. 😳 You never cut a bag open- -use the scissors at the top crease to open. You gave me 3 star & comment about how I should wrap better because you cut the “belt”. I take my sales very seriously -your ratting & comments where a little harsh. That WAS the fuss you made -Most people think that is carefully wrapped.
