High-Low, black chiffon skirt

Black high low chiffon skirt from love culture. It has two front pockets that are a decent size, ideal for a cellphone and money. The pockets are also studded with gold flat studs (pictured). Worn ONCE to an award ceremony. Beautiful skirt and perfect condition. It's just to big for me now. Could probably fit a large or XL because it can stretch at the waist.
