Windbreaker joggers with elastic ankles. Fabric is on the stiffer side, they make a little noise. The Polyurethane finish adds a cool looking shine/silk look to them.
The tag does not state gender, so i listed the exact measurements below.

Inside Liner: 100% Cotton top with 100% nylon ankles.

@pthecat I have the PU coated ones, which I hate, I love swishy silky type, lightweight ones, the lining I'm not sure of, bought them, had yellow letters on it which I removed
