The New Arrivals by Ilkyaz Ozel. This dress has been altered to fit a size 2-4 on top and a size 6 on the bottom. Originally purchased a size 8 for my hips. I wear 26 in pants but size 0,2,4,6 were all too tight on my hips despite description stating true to size. I will provide measurements. Stunning dress. I felt absolutely amazing in it. Worn for 4 hours for small wedding ceremony.
