It’s possible from the 60’s also based on style, but the leather and condition is probably not that old) ‘Oscar’ Boutique the tag with writing and initials from the craftsman show it’s a small run boutique piece. Spain Lambskin Leather Women’s 40 converts to a 7.5 in the US for clothing Beautifully crafted Vintage 90’s Cuffs roll up to show cream/ivory color All measurements are shown in photos also Chest 34” Length 25” I was unable to find any damage in the leather, though there is a very slight discoloration spot on the collar.
