White House Black Market WHBM Vintage Late 90’s Early 00’s Skirt Black White Size 12 Fully lined Back zip Lay flat waist 18” Length 23.5” Knee length Belt has damage at holes, cracking. The belt is 1/2” and can easily be replaced. EUC (except belt) There is a slight silver sparkle in the fabric. I took a few close-ups, as it’s not very noticeable in the full photos. The material has light wool like feel to it.
