NWT only tried on! Light blue flowy and flattering, just wore something different for a wedding I attended and I missed the return window. The flowy straps are not adjustable. I am 5’3 wearing a medium and believe the heels in this pic are about 3 inches as well! These dresses rarely go on sale so make an offer!
