Love this! I agree people need to consider how the seller lists an item is what should be rated on. I received a low rating because buyer was not familiar with how the brand fit. We are all built different on size

@14mommy Yes! I hate that. I have been told I got a low rating before because some one 'Liked the item but they didn't need it'.....ummmmm well then why did you buy it?!?! Hahaha that is about the time I made this!

Great post! I was docked down a star for no reason even though the buyer received the items in 2 days, that packaging was cute and the clothes were clean 😕 I don't know what went wrong 😒 I would love some constructive criticism since I am new to posh! Thanks for this post 💕

This is awesome! Thanks so much for posting this! I was given 4 stars for a brand new still in the box never even tried on pair of shoes they got for a super low price next day shipping beautifully wrapped and hand written thank you note with zero explanation! SOOOO frustrating! It would be so nice if people knew how to rate honestly and fairly!

@lekohn @catherine_joy I hate when there is no feedback given! I have even reached out to people to like 'hey what was wrong?' And usually I get no response or they are just like 'oh nothing was wrong'....😑😑😑 thanks for stopping by though and liking this! Let's spread some awareness!!😁

@myc7 I reached out too and was completely ignored! I feel like if you really thought I deserved 4 stars than at the very least explain why! I also had a girl rate me 4 stars for a beautiful Kate Spade purse excellent condition next day shipping hand written thank you note wrapped beautifully. I asked for an explanation and was again completely ignored!

@myc7 Both were new to Posh and I feel like unfortunately that is part of the problem. But I also feel like have some common courtesy whether you are new or not. Thanks for letting me vent! lol It is always nice to know I am not alone!

This is awesome! xoxo and @lekohn I had the same problem with a 4 star rating on a NWT sale that I wrapped up beautifully and sent! When I reached out, the buyer literally didn't know why she gave me 4 stars, but I DO know that my rating has been affected by it! Great venting place about this lol

@etoba I know! I always reach out when I don't get a 5 star and you would be surprised how many people can't give a valid reason and then make it a 5!! I have gotten a 4 star rating on brand new still packaged items!!!

She bought something from Abercrombie (okay, we know this is going to be small fitting), everything was measured out in the photos, and she leaves a review saying I should have told her it ran small. Hello! Your posting touched on that exact thing! Thanks for the permission 😘

Love this!! I just had a buyer re-rate their purchase a month later!! And she totally bashed me and was not honest either. Im SO upset too. Wish we could counter comment! She got a steal of a deal on an item used once, said it was dirty which i know it wasnt for a fact.

Omg! This is frustrating when it happens! I had a buyer rate my item 4 stars because
She said “ the white shirt was dingy”.... however the purchase were BLUE SHIRT,PURPLE SHIRT, BLUE PANTS, GREY PANTS. no white shirt at all! In fact I had enven included an EXTRA blue shirt as a FREE GIFT and package arrived quickly in 2 days. Posh wouldn’t remove her rating. Clearly she got mine mixed up with another package she’d received 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
