NWOT Super cute and light summer shorts. Never worn. Elastic waistband with drawstrings in the front for costumed fit, pockets on the sides and back. These would fit 23" waist size up to 26" - as the waistband is very stretchy, and the hips are a wider fit. For reference: I'm 5'1, 98lbs, waist: 23", hips: 33" The shorts fit ok on me, as you can see in the photos, but just a tiny bit loose for my liking.
