@searlaid what are load lifters? This pack is great for day hikes and a few nights in the backcountry.

@ssv10 they are straps at the top of the bag that enable you to pull the bag closer to your back.. HMG doesn’t use them, and I wondered how it felt loaded on the trail…Would you mind telling me how much weight you carried, and how it felt while hiking?

@searlaid gotcha! I haven’t used this pack hiking- it’s brand new no tags. I have used other HMG bags while hiking and backpacking (Southwest) and have had no issues with my back hurting. I like that the pack is lightweight and fits a good amount of stuff. The gear I put in my pack is all ultralight when it comes to weight so it packs down.
