boopboutique Hey there. I just thought that I should touch base with you about the dress that I bought for you. On my PM page it is reading “pending acceptance” but I haven’t received it yet. The same is true with two other orders that I placed. I just contacted PM and asked them what I should do in this case. Hang tight and I will let you know when I actually receive the dress or when I hear back from PM.

boopboutique Ops! My finger slipped before i was done. So, I've been in touch with PM and so far they have refunded a couple of the purchases that I have not received. I will reach out to them again about the dress that I purchased from you. I am so sorry if this has caused you any worry. I will do my very best to make this right. PM seems to be very helpful so far. The only thing that I can guess is that packages have been taken right from my porch during broad daylight. 😌

boopboutique I just checked the current status and I says "cancelled" and what that means to me is that we have both been reimbursed by PM. Can you do a check on your side and make sure that yours reads the same. You would have received an email too explaining the situation in believe.
