jennysbee @manislays98 it’s my understanding that they recently changed it so you can cancel a purchase within the first 2 hours. I would go under purchases and click on the link that says “inquiries” and see if there’s an option to cancel the purchase. Reaching out to customer service might also be a way to do it. Sorry I can’t be if more help. It’s never happened to me before.
