rewrittenbyj @ccw7073 Hi again. Poskmark just got back to me. There is a protocol that they follow for this and they asked that you open a claim with them within 72 hours. I believe they refund you, send you a label to ship the item back to me and I am able to resell the item to you if you are still interested. I am SO sorry about this. This has never happened me before and I feel horrible. Thanks for being so understanding.

esaukathy Hi it’s Katherine Esau hope it’s ok to send the text here wanted to make sure you received it the mix up things happen I just a few weeks ago started shopping on on the posher I have your address on label when they mailed the top I could just mail it back and what I spent on sending it back when I guess I could refund me just really want to get it back to you I know some body else is waiting for it.
