@vintagepolkadot I wear a size 10 and the 40 fits me . I am a little wider foot so it is a little snug at first but they stretched quickly and are 100% comfortable. The 11 is way too big. I travel a lot and I wear the style with the platform soles all day in the airports. Great thing with these is you can remove the insert easily and put a better one in. Fantastic cute shoes imo.
