ISAAC MIZRAHI LIVE Scuba Dress NWOT

I just love this dress and this fabric they are calling "Scuba". It is very comfortable and is cool and silky not hot and clingy as the name might imply. This sold out at Target and I was so excited to get it on line. The only problem is it is too short waisted for me😕. I just wish it hit my natural waist line as I guess I am just a tad long in the torso. The color is a glorious royal blue with purple overtones and the print oh my gosh is so pretty with teal as the primary color.
