Mesh Tulle Skirt by INC.

INC. Soft flowing skirt. Two layers, the under layer is opaque and the outer layer is a very full mesh that swirls and flows as you walk. Waist band is a soft cummerbund style with rushing on the sides. Waist unstretched 17" length is 28" I am 5 3/4 and it hits mid-kneecap on me. This skirt looks beautiful on either a size 12 or 14.
