tiaannette @anekebt1 You’re very welcome! I was told that it could be because the package was probably overweight, but I’m not too sure how a seller is supposed to know that kind of information if Poshmark is the one providing the shipping label. I was also told that in the future shoppers are supposed to refuse packages if postage is due, so that it can be sent back to the seller. Once the seller receives the returned item, Poshmark will provide them with a new label according to the weight of the item.

channeling @tiaannette And the answer to this question I’m a mentor is well forgot to put that on there a lot of us have weigh machines rigged they’re really small but that’s how I weigh my packages if I’m doing mystery bundles or something That I feel maybe it’s going to be heavier than 5 pounds I just put it on the weigh machine
