ISO: metallic polka dot blouse

Looking for a similar blouse like the one above. I need it in an XL. I don't like high neck blouses so something like a button up or lower collar. Color is flexible but would prefer close to the color pictured (light blue/aqua/robins egg/etc) Also would like it to have 3/4 or longer sleeves. Thank you for helping me find my grail top!
