j_lynnboutique @melaniekaren figured I'd comment back to you here so I don't blow up the share chat, but thank you. Right now I know I Have fibromyalgia, arthritis and sciatica nerve pain along with severe migraines :( they are testing me for auto immune diseases as well tho. It's no fun. I did gymnastics and competition cheerleading my whole life until I got hurt at work and damaged my neck so I'm just done so much to cause all this pain at age 22 and it's no good.

j_lynnboutique @melaniekaren (cont) it's been 5 long years of just dealing with the pain and finally this month I said I have had enough and working in getting better. I have to take muscle relaxers every night and they knock me out very quickly so I try to take them when I'm finished with my poshmark stuff but sometimes I hurt so bad I have to take them before I'm done and fall asleep mid way lol

melaniekaren @j_lynnboutique Oh crap :( That is all so sad to here. :( -and at 22. It's just not fair. I'm 46 and have had some problems with pain and auto immune diseases. The pain and the low energy levels kick my butt. I work really hard to fix myself. I know a lot, I mean a lot, about nutrition if you're interested. When I stay one my strict healthy diet, ...........

melaniekaren ..............I feel so much better. You probably already know a lot too, but I would absolutely make sure you eat a variety of nuts and seeds, hemp oil, coconut oil and avocado every single day. Then have a wild-caught cold-water fish at least twice a week. Plus, try to get some salmon roe into your diet. (salmon caviar at $10 an ounce) - That's a start :) @j_lynnboutique

melaniekaren @j_lynnboutique oh, and get on a vitamin D3 supplement immediately. Doctors are just now testing for vitamin D3 deficiencies. Because we get it naturally from the sun, we all thought (including doctors) that we get enough. It turns out that over 25% of us are deficient. It causes a lot of aches and pains associated with arthritis, fibromyalgia, general muscle acheness, and other auto-immune disorders. .......

melaniekaren .................I suffered with leg pain for over 30 years!!! -found out I was deficient in D3, started taking it and was cured in two days. It's been almost a year now with no leg pain. Buy the highest dosage and then take 2 or 3 every day for a couple of weeks. Then, you can start to take 1 a day. (It's very hard to overdose on D3)

I will probably start with the vitamin D3 and go from there. I don't really like fish so that will take a little while to figure out best way to try that lol.

j_lynnboutique @melaniekaren I don't have the official word from the doctor yet, still waiting in a few more things but from seeing my online test results, I think your so right about needing vitamin D! They have it marked as low on the results showing it's at 21ng/ml. I have a few other levels that are off but when everything is back I'll meet with my doctor and see what all it means! But I'd say vitamin D being low may be one cause of my problems.

melaniekaren @j_lynnboutique That's awesome!! -not that it's awesome you D3 is low. BUT! It's an easy one to fix. :D Yay!!!! I think it will really help a good chunk of the problem. This is really good news. Some of us just can't synthesis vitamin D well from the sun. I was in shock when I found out my levels were low because I'm always in the sun. I even grew up boating. We must be part reptile. Lol.

melaniekaren @j_lynnboutique If you don't like fish, you can simply take an omega3 fatty acid supplement. You can take a ratio supplement of omega3 and omega6, but if you already get animal fats in your diet, you only need the omega3. The list of foods (nuts, seeds, fish, avocado, olives) is all to go after all those wonderful omega3's!

secondimage2000 Hello Jennifer, I finished sharing all of group 1 early this morning except for newagain_510. I tried to go into this closet on my phone and it said closet not found, so I got on my desktop computer, and it's telling me the same thing. Do you know if this closet has a different name? My store hours are only 10-7 so it's not too bad. But it is frustrating. I have my online business with It works global that I'm really working on so I'm the next 4-6 months my goal is to do that full time and work for my self. They are in the process of finalizing plans to build me a new store

j_lynnboutique @_the_rack hi there! unfortunately with being a posh ambassador, it doesn't have any affect on what you earn as far as shipping or commission posh takes. Being a posh Ambassador means that you have hit amazing milestones and it puts you on the "wheel" as we call it. it helps you gain followers which can help increase sales as it makes you have more exposure.

j_lynnboutique @_the_rack only plus side I have seen is the hundreds of followers I get daily. If not thousands. Which maybe in the long run could mean more sales. But that’s it from what I can tell. But it is still a newer system so maybe new better things will come soon
