real leather lining and outsole, fabric upper, beaded accents on straps, comfortable padded footbed, foam midsole, and foam footbed. Only worn three times. I wear. 9.5 narrow and find my foot is a bit too narrow/slim to fit the straps well - a tiny bit loose and I don't like the feel since I like to walk fast. One minor blemish on wedge, as seen in the photo.
