srodriguez100 @pahousewife The proper way to go about this I guess is for you to open a ticket with Poshmark? I looked the coat over before I listed it and sent it and never noticed a hole. Is it something that can be fixed? I’m happy to send $10 back to you if you’d like it fixed I guess.

pahousewife @srodriguez100 it’s unfortunate, for both of us. If I knew there was that cut in the material I wouldn’t have purchased it. $10 would be generous, I would even be happy with $7.
