Beautiful dress I wore to the track Derby week one time! It has adjustable shoulder straps. The back right button is loose, but a little stitch would fix that right up! Picture included. Measured 40” from top of the shoulder strap when on the tighter option when buttoned across the back. 13.75 inches across the waist when flat.
